We understand that you're new to the world of digital services, and we're here to guide you every step of the way.

During onboarding, you ranked the Finance, Education, Health, and Work services in order of priority for you.

You also told us what you want to achieve within these service areas.

For some, saving for old age and retirement is important, as well as Education access for their children.

For others, taking a business loan and access to health is a priority.

These are called Priority Goals, and you can see them on your Profile in the Uniti app.

We've matched your Priority Goals with apps that can help you achieve them.

So if you want to save for old age, you can use the People’s Pension Trust app.

If you want to book a digital consultation with a doctor, use Ghinger health!

But we also know, using new apps can be confusing.

And that's why, over the next six months, you'll receive training videos, motivational messages, and support from us to make sure you can use these apps effectively.

From time to time, we will send you a short survey.

Called Progress To Goal, or P 2 G survey, you will receive it as a Whatsapp message

It is very simple and takes just a minute to complete.

Click on the notification to open the message.

You will see the priority sectors and goals you set during onboarding.

These are the goals you are working towards.

Click on ‘Start P 2 G’.

You will be asked one question: "How do you feel you are doing towards your priority goals?"

Click on ‘Your Response’.

You can choose from Great, Well, Ok, Not Great, and Poorly.

Select your response and click on 'Send'.

You’re done!

Each time you answer the survey, you’ll get 500MB of free data!

No matter what your answer - whether Great or Not Great - you will still receive the data reward.

Answering honestly is really important.

It helps us understand how you're doing and where you might need more help.

When you tell us how you're progressing, you're not just helping yourself—you’re also helping others who are on the same journey.

Your feedback allows us to create better training and support, making sure everyone has the best chance to succeed.
