Navigating the Uniti app

Contacting Uniti Support and Downloading WhatsApp

  • The Uniti app can be identified by this icon in your phone menu

  • Click on it to open the app

  • At the bottom, you will see icons for the different menus of the app

  • Click on the ‘Home’ icon to open the Uniti App Home Page

  • Here, you can see the priority goals and secondary goals you set when registering with the app

  • In the Activity section, you can see which priority sector apps you’ve been using the most

  • The second icon in the menu is to see your personal profile

  • This is where all your personal details are stored

  • And that is why it is kept locked and secured

  • You can unlock this by using the same pattern, password or PIN you use to unlock your phone

  • Scroll up and down to view the information

  • The third icon in your menu is for all the apps that are part of the Uniti app suite

  • You can click on ‘Info’ to know more about the app

  • Or click on the app to open it

  • These are the same apps that appear on your phone home screen

  • And your experience will be the same regardless of where you open the app from

  • The next icon in the menu is for Uniti Messages

  • Here, you can see all the messages we have sent

  • This includes messages with training videos, how to earn rewards, and more

  • Click on a message to open it

  • The Uniti messages cannot be deleted, so you can always refer to a message when you need it

  • The final icon in the menu is for Uniti Support

  • If you have any questions about the Uniti app or any priority app, rewards, surveys or another topic, you can contact us using WhatsApp

  • Click on ‘Ask us on WhatsApp’ to open the WhatsApp chat screen

  • Leave a message or voice note in your preferred language with your question or concern

  • Our team will get back to you as soon as possible

  • You need to have WhatsApp installed on your phone to use it.

  • Clicking on ‘Learn more’ will direct you to training videos for the different apps on your phone
