How to find Exercise Routines on the Home Workout App

  • Open the Home Workout app

  • If you have already registered, you will be automatically logged in 

  • Depending on your current fitness levels, select an appropriate option

  • Scroll down to see the workout options available

  • Pick the part of your body you want to work on, like the chest

  • Click on an exercise to learn more about it

  • Click on ‘Edit’ if you want to change any exercise in your chosen workout

  • Click on the blue symbols to replace an exercise

  • You will see a list of recommended exercises you can pick from

  • Click on an exercise to see how to do it and its benefits

  • Under the Animation tab, the app will show you which parts of your body will benefit, how to do the exercise

  • And common mistakes to avoid

  • Click on ‘How to do’ to watch a video of the exercise 

  • Remember, watching the video will use data 

  • So be sure you have sufficient data available

  • From time to time, the app will show you ads

  • Click the ‘cross’ or close symbol when it appears to close the ad

  • Click on the gray circle to select the new exercise

  • You will see the gray circle turn blue with a white tick

  • Click Replace

  • You can replace any other exercise from the workout 

  • Click Save when you are happy with the exercises in the workout

  • Click Start to begin the workout

  • If you like an exercise, you can click on the ‘thumbs up’ symbol

  • Click ‘thumbs down’ if you do not like the exercise

  • Click ‘Done’ when you have finished the set and are ready to move to the next exercise

  • You can go back to the previous exercise 

  • Or skip forward to the next one at any time

  • Continue the workout as recommended by the app

  • Explore the different workouts available, add or remove exercises to create your own exercise plan based on your needs
