Contacting Uniti Support and Downloading WhatsApp

• In this video, you will see how we will share important information with you, as well as how you can get in touch with us

• Uniti will communicate with you through messages in the Uniti app, as well as on WhatsApp

• Messages will include trainings on how to use your Uniti app as well as other apps on your phone

• Using these apps will help you get closer to your health, education, work and finance goals.

• There are two ways to check your Uniti messages - From the Uniti Home Screen, or from the Uniti Messages App

• Checking messages through the Uniti Home Screen

• On the top of your Uniti phone home screen, you will see new messages in this message box.

• Click on a message to open it

• Keep in mind, this message box displays only new messages.

• Check messages by visiting the Uniti Message App

• Start by opening the Uniti app .

• Click on the ‘Message’ icon at the bottom.

• Now, you will be able to see all the messages we’ve sent to you.

• And remember, Uniti messages cannot be deleted.

• Click the message you want to read

• Scroll up and down to see the whole message

• Some messages may include an audio of the message red out in your local language.

• Click on the play button to start the audio.

• Many messages will contain links to digital trainings. Click on the tutorial to view the training

• If you can’t see Uniti messages, get in touch with us by sending a WhatsApp message on this number

• From time to time, we will contact you on WhatsApp. Uniti messages on WhatsApp will appear like any other WhatsApp message from your friends or family

• The name will appear as ‘Uniti Support’

• Click on the message notification to open it
